Ortmann Healthcare Consultants, LLC and its employees agree that they will not knowingly solicit or accept any type of refund, rebate, or other financial incentive from any vendor providing goods or services for any project. If such an incentive is offered, the amount of the rebate or refund will be credited to the owner of the project. If Ortmann Healthcare Consultants or any of its employees violates this agreement, all funds paid by the client will be refunded by Ortmann Healthcare Consultants, LLC.
